It occurs on Windows XP and Windows 7, and occurs on several different HP printers and Xerox Copiers. If a particular user can not print correctly, the same document transferred to another users machine will print correctly, or the font can be changed to anything other than Calibri. It is important to note that not all of our users are experiencing this problem. ![]() We have tried reinstalling fonts on the print server, reinstalling fonts on individual machines, changing printer settings including bitmap, truetype, etc. We are absolutely stumped on this at this point. Some jobs sent of complete jibberish consisting of symbols and random characters where the text should have been. Some jobs had about half of the calibri text. Some print jobs came out completely blank where the Calibri text was. About a month ago, some users were sending print jobs from Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) that contained the Calibri font. Our company is using a number of network printers throughout the office. ![]()
